In honor of Anchorage’s latest sensation, I present: the Yelwú (White Raven) Cuff. People throughout Anchorage have been spotting, seeking, and photographing this extraordinary bird.

In Lingít tlaagú (or legend), Raven stole the moon, the stars, and the sun, releasing them into the universe and creating light for all. Raven was originally white, turning black only after escaping through the soot and smoke of a smoke hole!

This one inch copper cuff features a silver raven head overlay. Hand engraved and heat-treated.
